About
I am Uchenna Eke-Awa, a legal professional and software engineer based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. I specialize in bridging the gap between complex legal regulatory frameworks and modern software architecture, helping technology startups launch securely and scale compliantly.
I view legal compliance and software engineering as complementary disciplines; they represent two sides of the same coin. I operate at this intersection: drafting robust, compliant privacy policies, founder agreements, and regulatory filings (including CAC, NDPA, FCCPA, and AML/CTF protocols) while simultaneously engineering the full-stack codebases and database schemas that support them.
My background combines a rigorous legal education with hands-on technical execution. I am a graduate of the Nigerian Law School (B.L., Second Class Upper Division, Port Harcourt Campus, 2025) and hold an LL.B. (Second Class Upper Division, 2022) from Abia State University.
By designing systems that are secure by design and legally compliant by default, my goal is to provide technology founders with the structural stability and confidence they need to ship high-performance applications.
